Thong Dong Vegan Kitchen and Cafe is where we began our journey to foster a vegan culture in Sapa.

What started with a single dish, "Thong Dong" noodle soup, over time, we filled into a diverse menu featuring a variety of Vietnamese and some European dishes.

For the drinks, there are various options, including coffee with homemade nut milk, tea, fruit juice, and hot beverages. 

Vegan mango cakes, cookies, and Nama chocolate are great desserts that you must try.
